Refund policy

We kindly advise you to review our refund policy thoroughly prior to making any purchase

Once purchased, products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are Cleansed, Energized, and Reprogrammed by Dr. Megha Goel. Once worn, they become attuned to the wearer’s auric field and are unsuitable for use by others.

Once purchased, there is no refund on digital products like – Divine Printables (mobile wallpapers, Digital sheets, e-books, etc.).

Please Note: Bach Flower Remedies, E-Printables, Digital Downloads, Personalized Reports, and Consultation Services are excluded from all discounts, coupon codes, promotional offers, and sale pricing.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any breakages or damages reported after the order has been received.

"All claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be supported by a complete unboxing video. Claims without valid video evidence will not be entertained under any circumstances."

Customers must provide proof of purchase or a receipt to process the replacement request.

Please note that replacement requests will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • 1. The delivered product differs from the one ordered.
  • 2. The product was damaged or lost during shipping.

For approved refunds based on the above conditions, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days after a quality check of the returned items. Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s DivineSoulss's wallet within 8-15 working days.

Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. These charges are directly levied by the payment gateway provider and cannot be reimbursed.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@divinesoulss.com with the following details:

  • 1. Order ID
  • 2. Complete product details
  • 3. Proof of purchase (e.g., payment receipt or a screenshot of the order confirmation email)
  • 4. Unboxing video 
  • 5. Reason for the return or exchange
  • 6. Your preference for a refund or exchange

Please note that return requests made via WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS, or other communication methods will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for returning the products with proper packaging at their own expense. We do not provide return pick-up services to avoid the risk of product loss during return transit.

Once the returned product(s) are received at the Divinesoulss office, an email confirmation will be sent to you. The returned product(s) will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 2–3 working days from the date of receipt.

Without a valid unboxing video, we regret that we cannot process any claims for missing or damaged items. If the video is provided, we will investigate the issue and arrange to send the missing or damaged product(s) to you.

Refund requests will be declined if the returned product(s) are found to be used, damaged, or missing any parts. The decision made by Divinesouls regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund request will be final.
